Philosophy

 

First and foremost, I am a CHALLENGE trainer. I CHALLENGE my clients to perform to their absolute maximum, and then push harder to exceed their expectations and remove limitations. Only by constant challenge does one overcome limitations. I work through motivation and encouragement, inspiring a person to first reach, then exceed, their personal fitness goals. I am not for everybody.  I consider myself a professional motivator who’s job it is to achieve maximum results every session. If you have fitness goals you want to reach, and are serious about achieving them, I’m your trainer.

What I offer is an individual strength and conditioning program, a cardiovascular routine, and a flexibility regimen that can be followed for life.
